Our team strives to strengthen the visibility and influence in our community. We recognize the strength of NJVACA also lies in our community, the membership, and the network of supporters. Our leadership team and members are all volunteers and represent diverse sectors and professions, from business, medicine, and academia to entertainment and the arts. By joining NJVACA, our members become donors and ambassadors of the organization.

Duy join NJVACA to lend a hand in executing the organization's meaningful missions to maintain and pass down the Vietnamese culture, especially to the next generation, and also to promote the well being and quality of life of our Vietnamese American fellows in New Jersey.

As a previous and current board member of NJVACA, Van hopes to foster a community that invests in each other and in future leaders as well as aspires to a world in which Vietnamese American leaders serve at the highest levels in society.

Phuong worked at JP Morgan in various capacities and positions before her retiring in 2018. She has done volunteered works at her local community as well as an active member of NJVACA, her primary role is fund raising and achieving the mission established by NJVACA.

Phuong Nam Le joined NJVACA to help the organization promote Vietnamese heritage and culture, especially to younger generations in New Jersey.

As a Vietnamese, Annabella loves being a part of NJVACA to together accomplish the mission of spreading Vietnamese culture & uniting Vietnamese communities in the New Jersey area.

Cu Duong Ha - PhD.
- Senior Advisor
Cự Dương Hà has helped people in Vietnam and the USA whenever he can, like acting as a translator for Vietnamese refugees. Currently, he participates in activities of our Buddhist congregation.
Nhan Ha Portrait
Nhan Ha
- Senior Advisor
Nhan retired in 2015 after 34 years career with AT&T and Bell Labs. Since retirement, she has been enthusiastic in supporting various non-profit community services: the yearly Volunteered Income Tax Assistance (VITA) and helping the Buddhist congregation.
